Ken Sema is nearing a move to fellow Pozzo-owned club Udinese on a season-long loan, according to reports.
The 25-year-old joined Watford from Ostersunds last summer and made a total of 17 Premier League appearances, starting nine times and scoring once in the 3-3 draw at Bournemouth.
However, the winger was not included in the match-day for Saturday’s 1-0 defeat at Everton, having been an unused substitute in the season opener against Brighton & Hove Albion, and his first-team opportunities may be limited with the club record signing of Ismaila Sarr increasing Javi Gracia’s wide options.
Reports in Sweden state Sema is now close to joining the Serie A club on loan for the rest of the season.
