Watford have confirmed the loan departure of Cameron Green after the Under-23 defender made his debut for Braintree Town this week.
The full-back has joined the National League South side until the start of January.
Although Green's move was announced by the Hornets this afternoon, the 20-year-old made his debut for the Iron in Tuesday night’s 2-2 draw at Concord Rangers.
Following the game, he tweeted @camogreen11: “Thoroughly enjoyed my first 90 minutes tonight for @braintreetownfc. Shame we couldn’t get all 3 points but we go again Saturday. What a group of lads by the way #braintreefc”

Green moved to Vicarage Road in July after his contract at Reading expired and he will be looking to increase his development with a team who currently sit 11th in the National League South table.
