The referee for Watford's Carabao Cup fourth round tie away at Everton has been named as Simon Hooper.
The official oversaw four Hornets fixtures last season, including the 5-1 thrashing of Cardiff City in which Gerard Deulofeu scored a hat-trick.
Hooper was also the man in the middle for away draws at both Southampton and Brighton, as well as the 2-1 home defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Everton have been refereed once by the official already this season in a 2-0 home defeat to Sheffield United.
Hooper will be assisted by Derek Eaton and Daniel Robathan, while Matthew Donohue will be the fourth official.
