Martin Atkinson will pay his first visit to Vicarage Road this season when he referees the home game between Watford and Crystal Palace.
Atkinson last oversaw a game involving the Hornets last December, when he was in the middle for the Boxing Day clash against Chelsea, which the Blues won 2-1.
He also took charge for the 1-1 away draw with Fulham at Craven Cottage.
Atkinson has issued two red cards this season, including one for Liverpool goalkeeper Allison in his last match.
He also sent off Tottenham's Heung Min Son for an unfortunate challenge on Everton midfielder Andre Gomes after which the Portuguese footballer suffered a broken leg. That red card however was rescinded after a successful appeal.
For the game against Palace he will be assisted by Constantine Hatzidakis and Daniel Cook, while Peter Bankes will be fourth official and Andre Marriner will take on VAR duties.
