Watford's out-on-loan striker Luis Suarez is expected to see out his current contract at Real Zaragoza after reports of a January move to Getafe were played down.
The Watford Observer has been told that the La Liga club are interested in signing the player during the January transfer window, but that his current loan contract would make any deal difficult to complete.
The Colombian player has no recall clause in his deal with Zaragoza, meaning the Segunda Division side would have to be convinced to terminate his contract should anything be agreed between Watford, Getafe and the player.
Given that Suarez has scored 13 goals from 20 appearances for Zaragoza this season, it is unlikely they will allow him to leave before the end of his contract.
