Watford defender Ben Wilmot has issued a goodbye message following a season on loan at Swansea City.
The 20-year-old endeared himself to the Swans supporters by scoring the winner in the South Wales Derby.
After they crashed out of the Championship play-offs last night, Wilmot's time at Swansea came to an end and he will now return to the Hornets.
It is expected the youngster will be given a chance next season with Watford back in the second tier, after picking up valuable experience in the same division.
Speaking via his Twitter account, Wilmot said: "Although it didn’t end how we would have liked, I want to thank everyone involved at this special club for their support & belief in me this season.
"We’ve had some magical moments which I will never forget. It’s been an absolute pleasure."
