Watford head coach Xisco Munoz is not put off by cliches about cold nights in Stoke and insists his team can take three points from the Bet365 Stadium tonight.
The Spaniard said he would travel to Staffordshire prepared for both the match and the weather, as he looks to try and turn around the Hornets' poor away form.
"I think everybody told me the same," he said when asked about Stoke's legendary climate. "And it's important tomorrow we take a big jacket.
"Sure it's cold, but I think it's normal. We are ready for the situation. It's a moment to enjoy in this pitch and in the weather. We're ready to take the three points."
Following on from two home wins, Munoz feels now is the perfect time to start collecting more points on the road.
The Hornets face a side this evening who are winless in their last five in the league and their last seven in all competitions.
However, the head coach is still wary of his opponents and said his team need to play with the same intensity they showed in their last match.
"It's important to continue and only give the same high intensity as when we play at home," he said. "We have our plan of the game, we know exactly what we want. We have good things, the players are ready.
"Right now we're in a good moment, I think now is the moment to take these three points, because we stay in a good moment."
