Ken Sema is set to start a friendly for Sweden just two days before Watford's next match.
The winger has been named in the national side's starting XI ahead of their game against Estonia tomorrow evening.
However, with the Hornets due to play against Sheffield Wednesday on Friday afternoon, his involvement could prevent him from playing against the Owls, or at least leave him fatigued for the first game of Watford's important run in.

Only eight league games remain this season and with the Hornets pushing for the second automatic playoff position, picking up as many wins as possible from those fixtures is critical.
Sema has recently been rewarded for his performances with a new five year deal and has been nominated for the club's March player of the month award.
