Watford have mocked Bournemouth player Jefferson Lerma in wake of the Cherries' playoff semi final defeat to Brentford.
The south coast side went into the match with a 1-0 aggregate lead, but lost 3-1 at the Brentford Commmunity Stadium, meaning they will not join the Hornets and Norwich City in the Premier League next season.
Following Watford's defeat at Bournemouth earlier in the season, Lerma teased the Hornets on Twitter, by simply posting the cry-laughter emoji.
Immediately after the full time whistle had been blown in the playoff semi final second leg, the Hornets posted the same emoji from their official Twitter account, getting one back over the player and Bournemouth.

Brentford will now face the aggregate winner of Swansea and Barnsley in the playoff final next weekend.
