Watford will now be making a Sunday trip to Tottenham Hotspur after a second match of the new Premier League season has been rearranged.
The Hornets had been due to visit the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, August 28, but the fixture has been put back to a 2pm kick-off the following day on Sunday, August 29 due to Spurs’ involvement in the Europa Conference League.
This comes after Watford’s opening away game of the season, the trip to Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday, August 21, has been moved to a 5.30pm for live domestic TV coverage.
