Watfords boxing superstars Anthony Joshua and Shannon Courtenay shared a picture on social media reflecting on their success.
The Instagram post shared on both of their accounts shows the pair five years ago at Finchley Boxing Club smiling in front of a ring.
It reads: "5 years ago today.
"He's now got the IBF, WBA, WBO & IBO and I've got the WBA.
"Much more to come from both of us but not too bad for two kids from Watford."
Joshua is set to defend his heavyweight belts against Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on September 25.
Meanwhile Courtenay's first defence of her WBA bantamweight world title will take place on August 14 against Jamie Mitchell.
