Watford midfielders Domingos Quina and Nathaniel Chalobah have completed moves to Fulham.
Quina had initially hoped to stay with the Hornets for the season, but has now departed after being told his playing time would be limited.
Bournemouth had also approached Watford for the player's signature, but he has now joined the Cottagers instead.
After his return from a loan at Granada last season, the 21-year-old told the Watford Observer he was expecting to play regularly for Watford, following conversations with people at the club.
However, those assurances were not given and he instead sought a move away, culminating in his move to Craven Cottage.
Chalobah meanwhile turned down the offer of a new five-year deal at Vicarage Road, much like his now former teammate Will Hughes, who joined Crystal Palace earlier this summer.
An option to buy is included in Quina's deal, set at £5million if Fulham are promoted at the end of the season.
Chalobah's deal is a permanent one.
