Kiko Femenia will be unavailable for Watford's Carabao Cup game against Stoke City tomorrow evening, the club have confirmed.
The full back returned to first team duty for the win over Norwich City at the weekend, but was substituted midway through the second half after picking up a knock.
The club say he has not suffered a recurrence of the that had kept him out since April and state that he is expected back in training later this week.
Joao Pedro will also be unavailable as he continues to work on building fitness after recovering from a knee problem.
Peter Etebo is ineligible to play against Stoke, who are his parent club, as part of his loan deal.
