Watford defender Craig Cathcart helped Northern Ireland keep a clean sheet against European champions Italy last night.

The draw means the Italians will have to go through the playoffs if they are to reach the finals of the Qatar World Cup next winter.

Northern Ireland finished third in their qualification group, meaning they miss out on a place at the tournament.

Elsewhere, midfielder Imran Louza scored in Morocco's 3-0 World Cup qualifier win against Sudan on Friday evening.

He scored the third goal in added on time at the end of the match, highlights of which can be seen here.

Meanwhile, Joshua King was a second half substitute for Norway in their match against Latvia on Saturday, but was unable to break the deadlock as the game finished 0-0.

The striker could be back in action this evening against the Netherlands.

Daniel Bachmann played his part in Austria's 4-2 win over Israel on Friday, but was an unused substitute for his country's 4-1 victory against Moldova last night.

Ismaila Sarr scored twice on Sunday as Senegal followed up their 1-1 draw with Togo with a 2-0 win over Congo.

Finally, Francisco Sierralta played the final 25 minutes of Chile's 1-0 win over Paraguay on Thursday.

They are due to face Ecuador tomorrow in their final match of the international break.
