Watford will be without Ismaila Sarr for at least a month, while Nicolas Nkoulou and Ben Foster will remain absent until the new year.
Ahead of tomorrow's match against Chelsea, the club released their current injury news, which does not look positive at all for the Hornets.
Sarr has a knee ligament injury which is expected to keep him out for at least a month, when the injury will be reassessed, while Nkoulou, who was brought in to mitigate for defensive absentees in the first place, has a hamstring problem which the club have confirmed will rule him out until after the new year.
Meanwhile Foster's groin strain will also keep him sidelined until January.
Elsewhere, there is further bad news for the match against the Blues at Vicarage Road tomorrow night, with Emmanuel Dennis expected to miss out due to the knock he picked up in the 4-2 defeat away at Leicester at the weekend.
Adam Masina is however expected to be available after also picking up an injury against the Foxes, while Juraj Kucka will be assessed after a minor knock to the knee kept him out of action at the King Power Stadium.
Francisco Sierralta, Ken Sema, Kwadwo Baah and Peter Etebo all remain on the sidelines as well.
