Watford will learn who they will face in the third round of this season's FA Cup on Monday evening.

The draw for round three will take place around 7pm, ahead of the second round tie between Boreham Wood and St Albans, which will be shown live on ITV4, as well as on the FA Cup's Twitter and Facebook pages.

This stage of the competition sees all Premier League and Championship clubs added to the draw.

After reaching the final in 2019, Watford have since failed to progress beyond round three, with Tranmere Rovers knocking the Hornets out in a replay at Prenton Park the following season and Manchester United preventing them from progressing in their most recent attempt.

The third round will take place between Friday, January 7 and Monday, January 10 2022, with winning clubs picking up £82,000 from the competition prize fund.

Watford will be ball number 41.
