Fans gathered at Vicarage Road for Watford ‘s open day while the club’s most successful manager was in town signing copies of his book.

There were crowds and queues elsewhere in Watford during the year, enjoying the carnival or waiting for Clements to open for its sale.

Pupils at Watford Grammar School for Girls took to the stage for a school production and the Town Hall hosted a fashion show and disco.
