Steve Borthwick will make an unexpected return from injury to play in Saracens' Guinness Premiership final against Leicester Tigers on Saturday.
The England lock has been out with tendinitis in his knee since March but he has been passed fit for the Twickenham final.
Borthwick, 30, has not played for the Men in Black since the end of January and his comeback is a timely boost for Saracens.
Director of rugby Brendan Venter will find out his fate tomorrow night in the appeal over his 14-week touchline ban. If he fails to overturn the decision the South African will also be banned from attending the match.
