WATFORD racked up their fourth consecutive pre-season win - and kept their first clean sheet - with a 4-0 victory over AC Horsens at the start of their training camp in Denmark on Monday, July 31.
Unlike their previous matches against Northwood, Wycombe and Boreham Wood when they have conceded an early goal, it was the Hornets' turn to go in front in the opening stages when Marlon King converted a James Chambers cross.
Horsens had opportunities to level before King doubled his account by firing high into the net after holding off a challenge.
Darius Henderson scored number three five minutes after the restart following an Ashley Young cross, before Hungarian triallist Tamas Priskin again did his prospects of earning a permanent move to Vicarage Road no harm by heading in the fourth within minutes of entering the fray as a substitute.
