A man's body has been found in woodland.
Officers found the body in trees near The Poplars, St Albans, yesterday afternoon, around 2pm.
Police officers were seen in woodland between Birklands Park and behind bungalows on The Poplars.
A police spokesman said: "The family of missing man Craig Hodgson have been informed and are currently being supported by police officers.
"Formal identification has not taken place at this stage."
A police helicopter was spotted circling the area.
