STEVENS Henry Charles Passed away at the Chase Care Home on Wednesday 10th July 2019 aged 75. A wonderful husband, dad and grandad, who will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A special Thank you to all the nurses and carers at the Chase Care Home "Maygor" for all their love and kindness. Funeral service will take place at Breakspear Crematorium, Ruislip on Thursday 25th July 2019 at 12:45. No flowers. Donations if desired payable to Dementia UK or Alzheimer's Society to be sent c/o James Peddle Funeral Directors Tel 01923 772013

Could this be the same Henry I lived next door to in Horseshoe Lane, Garston, in the late forties, early fifties. We were great friends and spent many hours playing in our gardens, and the fields that backed onto the gardens. No X Boxes then - just our very fertile imagination. He joined the Queens Messengers as a boy, but we lost touch when I moved away. Very sad to hear of his passing, a reminder of my own mortality. I think Henry must have grown up to be one of the good guys.
