FOSTER Richard Colin 'Dicky' Sadly passed away 26th April 2020 aged 41 years. A beloved Son and Brother. Richard will be missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place at West Herts Crematorium on Thursday 28th May 2020 at 1pm. Always the "gentle"man, always good humoured and now will always be missed. Best get some practice in, because our dartboard rivalry will resume as soon as I get up there. RIP Mate, love to you and your family.
