WINFIELD Doris Rose Of Dellwood Rickmansworth passed away peacefully on 7th January 2021 aged 86 at Watford General Hospital. Small family funeral to be confirmed due to current Government guidelines. Will be sadly missed by family and friends. All donations if desired to Breast cancer UK c/o James Peddle Funeral Directors. All flowers c/o James Peddle Funeral Directors 10 Moneyhill Parade, Rickmansworth Herts WD3 7BE. (01923) 772013 no later than Monday 25th January 2021.

Doris will be sorely missed by all of us at the Mill End RVS lunch club. Much love to her family.

That's sad news. The family remember her well as a Mill End girl, Spin. I knew her as she was very kind to me when I got my first job as a manager in Pinner. Her claim to fame at work was "I was the last telephone switchboard operator london". It was Chorley Wood Telephone Exchange.
