Sarratt Green Boxing Day classic cars is a success again

Held on The Green, the event showcased "veteran, vintage and classic vehicles" across four hours, with motoring enthusiasts bringing their retro cars to be shown off.

As well as this collection, all the money raised from food and hot drinks was donated to the two organisations.

The event is a Boxing Day tradition in the village. (Image: John Griffith) In addition to classic cars, the event also shone a spotlight on retro bicycles, tractors, and motorcycles.

Villagers flocked to The Green to see the cars (Image: Mithun Perunaniyan) An attendee told the Watford Observer that the village "came alive" for the festivities, with "each vehicle showcasing the artistry and craftmanship of a bygone era".
