Warner Bros Studios has warned people living nearby that it will be filming outdoors throughout much of this month.
The filming on the backlot at the Leavesden site will involve gun fire, small bangs, and high-level lighting, a letter to residents states.
The backlot shooting will take place during the day on the dates of June 9-11, 11-15, 17-22, 28th and the 30th.
The studios’ director of operations said: “These dates will involve high-level film lighting, use of controlled special effects, atmos, small bangs, gun fire, wind machines, flame effects, and general production filming noise.
“Three Rivers District Council and all relevant authorities have been notified.”
The backlot is 125 acres and one of the largest in Europe, according to Warner Bros website.
Filming will also be taking pace at night in an area on the studios site labelled on a map as ‘Location B’ on June 14.
Warner Bros recently submitted plans to expand its site in Leavesden.
