A new Greggs outlet is set to open in London Colney.
The proposed location would sit at Unit 1A of the Colney Fields Shopping Park, next to TK Maxx.
Greggs is a popular chain of bakery cafés, serving the likes of sausage rolls, steak bakes and pizza slices.

A planning application has been submitted for London Colney site, showing Greggs logos on advertising boards.
Floor plans, the proposed exterior of the outlet and advertising consent are all included within the application.

When approached for a comment, a spokesperson for Greggs stated that they could not confirm any plans whilst the planning application is ongoing.
The planning application can be found via the St Albans City & District Council planning portal, quoting reference 5/2023/1257.
