A pub is set to offer 50 per cent off all pints until they run out before it closes for refurbishment.
The Stag in Long Lane, Chorleywood, has said the offer will run on Sunday, August 6, from 4pm.
In a post on Facebook, the pub said: “Dear Friends, we’re undergoing a transformation to serve you even better. Our doors will be closed from August 7, but don’t worry, we’ll be back soon!”
They added: “We will see you all soon to help us clear our cellar. Sunday, from 4pm, we will run a 50% off all pints until they run out.”
The owners, who have run the pub for three years, also thanked customers for their support.

They revealed that the inside refurbishment is the final phase of work after the outside area and the front of the pub have been improved.
