Plans have been submitted for a new Greggs shop in Rickmansworth.

Validated on Monday, December 4, the application sent to Three Rivers District Council's planning committee would see the bakery created at 131 High Street.

The installation of two signs are included within the application, along with proposed elevations for the eatery.

No comments or objections have yet been made.

The store would sit between Fujifilm and FoneSmart, in a unit once occupied by HSBC.

Greggs opened an store in Cow Lane, Watford, last month (November 2023) featuring a “fresh new look” and “comfortable seating”.

Greggs can also be found in Watford High Street, and at Carpenders Park train station.

An odour assessment and noise rating have already been included within the application for the proposed Rickmansworth store.
