A Watford town centre unit has been put on the market after a Korean restaurant closed unexpectedly.
The commercial space at 43 High Street, which was previously home to the Grounded Kitchen, was put up for sale yesterday (February 19) for £100,000 a year or £8,333 per month.
The town's branch of the restaurant chain is now listed as temporarily closed on Google and was removed without an announcement from the company’s website.
Grounded Kitchen, which serves "Korean-inspired" food, opened in August 2022.

Watford was the first location to open in the southeast, although there is now a branch nearby in Northwood.
Measuring 4,237 square foot, the unit has been described as a “much sought after” spot in the town centre.
It's located between a range of food outlets such as TGI Fridays, Burger King, Five Guys, Chipotle, and KFC.
Grounded Kitchen has been contacted for comment.
