A dozen businesses in and around Watford are among the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire finalists for this year's Muddy Stilettos awards.
Finalists have been announced this week for the 13th staging of the luxury lifestyle website's awards, after residents across the two counties spent February nominating in 21 categories.
Watford is well-represented with four nominees, including the relaunched Watford Colosseum, which is up for the best arts, culture and theatre award.

Watford Palace Theatre is also nominated in the same category.
More awards success could be on the way for The Grove, with the luxury hotel on the edge of Watford nominated in two categories - best afternoon tea and best wellness break.
