PALMER Steven Passed away unexpectedly on 18 February 2024, aged 68. A beloved Partner, Brother, Uncle, Cousin & Nephew who will be greatly missed by family, friends, colleagues and all who knew him. Grateful thanks to the nursing staff at Watford General Hospital and Queensway Care Home who cared for him in his last year. Funeral Service to take place at West Herts Crematorium, Garston on Monday, 8 April at 12 noon. Family flowers only. I have just heard the news of Steven's passing and I'm very sorry.
He had a fantastic sense of humour and loved word games. He also nominated me with a blistering speech at my Mayor making ceremony.
