A meeting to discuss the future of Watford library will take place this month.
A countywide consultation with local residents about how the service will look in 10 years time starts this month.
The meeting will be held in Watford Central Library in Hempstead Road on Tuesday, November 12 at 6.30pm.
Frances Button said: "Our aim is for Hertfordshire libraries to be fit for the future, providing residents with the right services in the right places."
