A Fascist slogan, “Release Hess”, and two swastikas were painted on a retaining wall flanking Scots Hill, Rickmansworth, in the early hours of Sunday.
The matter was reported to police and on Monday workmen were busy cleaning the wall. But although the white paint has been removed, the impression of the silly slogan still remains.
