Mrs Joy Harrison, of The Poodle Parlour, Langley Road, Watford, had her work cut out to deal with “William”, a massive Pyrenean mountain dog, but eventually groomed him into the immaculate condition approriate to a breed which provided this year’s Cruft’s supreme champion.
“William” is owned by Mr Nevill Griffin, well-known OMT [Old Merchant Taylors'] rugby player, whose parents run La Myrabella, the Queen’s Road, Watford, restaurant.
