A series of concerts will be held throughout May in Abbots Langley to raise money for a church's Organ Restoration Appeal.
St Lawrence Church, in High Street, will be holding its inaugural Spring Concert Series on each Saturday in May, with refreshments served from 10.30am and the performance beginning at 11am, to raise money for work needed on the church's organ.
On Saturday, May 2 there will be assistant master of music at St Albans Cathedral, Tom Winpenny, on Saturday, May 9 Southorn & Stratton Family (Abbots Langley) and on Saturday, May 16 assistant director of music at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, Richard Pinel.
The following Saturdays will see sub-organist at St Paul’s Cathedral in London, Peter Holder, and Katherine Bunting, from Abbots Langley.
Tickets will be available on the door at £5 each and entry for children is free.
