Shokat and Sadia Khan have raised more than £18,000 for Watford charity Alma Hospital Trust.
The pair most recently completed the Lake District 5 Peaks Challenge to raise money for the hospital, which provides free medical care to poorer people in Pakistan.
The funds raised were used to support an eye camp organized by the hospital in Hafizabad. Last year patients travelled as far as 200 miles to receive treatment.
Shokat said: "The challenge was difficult, we trekked for 12 hours which included conquering the highest mountain in England, Scafell Pike.
"It was definitely worth it, we received great support from our donors and the cause itself kept our spirit up throughout the day."
