Three Rivers district held its first ever variety show last Friday.
The event, That's Entertainment 2015, organised by Councillor Martin Brooks, took place at Watersmeet in Rickmansworth, and gave a stage to a variety of talent including South Oxhey Choirs, RISE Dance Company and Performance Troupe and Rock Chorus.
Councillor Brooks said: “It was one of the best shows I’ve ever produced. The people who came to watch were very enthusiastic and appreciative of the talent.
“The performers were flawless and wowed us all - there was lots of hooting and hollering for Kings Langley opera singer Mary-Jane de Havas.”
The show was a fundraising event supporting charities Rickmansworth Mencap, Three Rivers CAB, Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre and Three Rivers Museum Trust, and has been made my annual Three Rivers District Council Chairman Eric Bishop.
