ONE of the men tipped to be the next Chancellor of the Exchequer joined the town's Labour MP Claire Ward to crunch numbers over breakfast with members of south west Hertfordshire's business community today.
Ed Balls, would-be PM Gordon Brown's right hand man at the Treasury, was guest of honour at a networking breakfast organised by Watford and West Herts Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Alliotts chartered accountants.
