Watford boxer Saud Hafiz challenged for the championship of North West London on Wednesday, April 18, 2007. Boxing at lightweight, the 26-year-old, who lives in Beechwood Rise, faced two bouts in one evening at the event, held at Wembley Sports Club on Wednesday.
Saud, who represented England as a youngster, is making a comeback to boxing after a nine-year hiatus and hopes to turn professional if he is successful as an amateur.
