Police chased a van through Watford following reports thieves had used it to steal milk from a float in Watford.
Officers were called to Odhams Trading Estate, in Watford, on Wednesday, September 30, at 12.52am to reports three people in the van had stolen milk from a Dairy Crest vehicle.
Police attended the scene, but the van failed to stop. Police followed the van, which eventually came to a stop by Leavesden Community Centre, in Clarke Way.
The driver then drove into a police dog vehicle and reversed into another police vehicle.
A man and two boys were detained by police.
A 14-year-old boy and a 13-year -old boy, both of Watford, have been questioned on suspicion of theft from motor vehicle. They are both on police bail until November 4.
A 54-year-old man, also of Watford, has been charged with dangerous driving, driving without insurance, driving without a licence and theft.
