Rickmansworth will be holding its first month of folk
Rickmansworth's Month of Folk will start in July.
Folk singer Julie Felix will kick off the month with a concert at St Mary’s Church, Rickmansworth on Friday, July 1.
Other highlights during the month include Folk at the Bear on Tuesday, July 5, Ricky Folk on Tuesday, July 12 at The Conservative Club and Morris at the Lock on Wednesday, July 20.
On Saturday, July 30, there will be a day of dance and folk.
The grand opening will be outside Watersmeet at 11am. There will be events throughout the day with folk singing and Morris Sides dancing at various locations around the town, including Batchworth Lock.
The month of folk will end at St Mary’s church hall on Saturday, July 30.
