The following cases were heard before magistrates between April 26 and May 5.

Tuesday, April 26

Gerry O’Loughlin, 47, of Exchange Road, Watford. On April 9, 2016, damaged a glass pane of a door. Community order made. Have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months. Costs: £60.

Ian Adrian Blayney, 40, of Charter Place, Watford. On November 20, 2015, had in his possession a bag of cannabis. Fine, costs: £150.

Robert Henry Dorkings, 29, of St Pauls Way, Watford. Between January 26, 2016, and January 27, 2016, stole a Sat Nav. Between January 14, 2016, and January 28, 2016, stole a set of golf clubs. On February 22, 2016, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention or removal of stolen goods. On December 30, 2015, stole a Nikon camera, a pair of sunglasses, an iPod and cash. On January 20, 2016, dishonestly received stolen goods. Six counts. On March 2, 2016, failed to surrender to custody at Hatfield Police Station. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence 29 weeks. Compensation, costs: £285.

Wednesday, April 27

Michael Curtis, 44, of Croxley View, Watford. On March 11, 2016, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order. Fine, costs: £155.

Tuesday, May 3

Mark Alan Fagence, 52, of Grove Crescent, Watford. On April 1, 2016, had in his possession one wrap of cannabis. On same date, was guilty of disorderly behaviour while drunk. Fine, costs: £200.

Joe Horwood, 26, of Primrose Hill, Kings Langley. On December 2, 2015, had a vehicle registered in his name which did not meet insurance requirements. Fine, costs: £200.

Gary O’Loughlin, 47, of Exchange Road, Watford. On April 15, 2016, was guilty of disorderly behaviour while drunk. Fine, costs: £70.

Wednesday, May 4

Karol Wyszynski, 27, of Hall Close, Mill End, Rickmansworth. On April 21, 2015, damaged a window. Compensation, costs: £380.

Thursday, May 5

Leon Jonathan Richard Amos, 20, of Nicholas Close, Watford. On February 20, 2016, used a vehicle without a licence. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance; being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damaged was caused to another vehicle. Fine, costs: £305. Six penalty points.
