Monday, June 6

Asha Mitra, 46, of Caldecote Lane, Bushey. On April 16, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £185. Five penalty points.

Giuseppe Santarpino, 51, of Pinehurst Close, Abbots Langley. On April 9, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. On same date, had with him in a public place a kitchen knife. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months. Costs: £200.

Jennifer Scholtke-Somers, 51, of Norfolk Road, Rickmansworth. On March 9, 2016, stole razors belonging to Morrisons. Discharged conditionally for six months. Costs: £65.

Tuesday, June 7

Karl Trevor Buckley, 49, of Summerfield Road, Watford. On February 2, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and the offence was racially aggravated. On same date, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause another person alarm or distress. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,344.

Charlotte Dalton, 27, of Exchange Road, Watford. On March 27, 2016, stole a satnav. On same date, interfered with a vehicle with the intention of theft. On May 23, 2016, stole DVDs belonging to HMV. On May 29, 2016, stole aftershave and perfume belonging to Boots. Two counts. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence 24 weeks. Compensation, costs: £1,584.

Darren James Guthrie, 29, of Exchange Road, Watford. On May 23, 2016, stole DVDs belonging to HMV. On May 29, 2016, stole electrical styling equipment belonging to B&M. Two counts. On same date, stole perfume and aftershave belonging to Boots. Two counts. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence 30 weeks. Compensation, costs: £1,944.17.

Derek Martin Leneghan, 35, of Lord Street, Watford. On May 8, 2016, resisted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Discharged conditionally for six months. Costs: £105.

Zabuah Ullah, 34, of St Albans Road, Watford. On April 18, 2016, used a vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug in his blood exceeded the specified limit. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Fine, costs: £345.

Airlie Middleton, 83, of The Highlands, Rickmansworth. On October 3, 2015, she was the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control. Discharged conditionally for six months. Unless the dog is kept under proper control it must be destroyed. Compensation: £1,100.

Christopher Barlow, 57, of Swannells Walk, Chorleywood. On November 14, 2015, being the driver of a vehicle failed to comply with a red light traffic signal. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.

Russell Barnes Heath, 50, of Cranefield Drive, Watford. On November 15, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 50mph. Fine, costs: £467. Six penalty points.

Jamie Martin Clarke, 19, of Churchfields Road, Watford. On November 14, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. On same date, used a vehicle without a licence. Fine, costs: £305. Eight penalty points.

Robert Geoffrey Coleman, 58, of Trevellance Way, Watford. On November 11, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 60mph. Fine, costs: £278. Three penalty points.

Marcin Feistner, 36, of Tibbles Close, Watford. On December 17, 2015, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.
