A family have been ordered to remove a fence that they fitted without planning permission.
The Majitha family, from Sandy Lodge Road, in Rickmansworth, were given two months to reduce the height of the fence or remove it, or Three Rivers District Council would demolish it.
The family were served the enforcement notice in June, but decided to appeal against it on August 10.
The appeal will be decided by written representations. Anybody wishing to comment on the matter should write to the Planning Inspectorate by September 5.
