Friday, September 16
Elvis Opuko Darko, 30, of Leveren Close, Watford. On June 15, 2016, travelled on a railway without having paid the fare. Fine, compensation, costs: £622.50.
Craig Roberts, 35, of Harris Road, Watford. On June 13, 2016, travelled on a railway without having paid the fare. Fine, compensation, costs: £617.10.
Tuesday, September 20 Patrick Joseph Barry, 47, of Poplars Close, Watford. On February 27, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.
Anna Buchaj, 36, of Orbital Crescent, Watford. On March 6, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.
Martin Kennedy, 28, of Colne Lodge, Bushey. On March 7, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.
Warren Paul Mardlin, 44, of St Georges Drive, Watford. On March 3, 2016, being the driver of a vehicle failed to comply with a traffic sign. Fine, costs: £220. Three penalty points.
Chris Own, 57, of Muirfield Road, Watford. On March 4, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £180. Three penalty points.
Thomas Pearson, 20, of Muirfield Road, Watford. On February 28, 2016, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £811. Seven penalty points.
Sundeep Singh Sadheura, 52, of Courtlands Drive, Watford. On February 27, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.
Ashina Visram, 34, of Owen Square, Bushey. On February 26, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £205.
Kwame Weekes, 24, of Liverpool Road, Watford. On April 20, 2016, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.
