Cars have been targeted in a series of slashed tyres and smashed wing mirrors.
Figures were caught on CCTV shortly before car tyres were slashed.
At 4.55am on Sunday, October 16, two people were seen walking around cars parked along South Way, in Abbots Langley.

Hertfordshire Constabulary have confirmed that between 6.30pm on Saturday, October 15 and 11.52am on Sunday, three tyres of a red Fiat Panda were slashed in South Way.
Another incident which the police believe to be related, took place between 11.45pm on Friday, October 14 and 9.30am the following morning, where the driver's side wing mirror of a Ford Fiesta was damaged.
The CCTV footage from the front of one of the houses on the road had been distorted by a spider web, but a second camera caught two people walking down the road.
As the people walk towards the cars it appears they are ducking down.
Another camera captured people walking up the road around the time of the incident.
Sergeant Barry Eldridge, from the Abbots Langley Safer Neighbourhood Team has urged anyone with information to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary via the non-emergency number 101.
