A racist slur was made to an employee while they were working in a bakery.
The remark was made to an employee of Wenzels the Bakers, Watling Street in Radlett at around midday on Tuesday, May 23.
Police are looking for the man that made the comment who is described as an Asian man. 25-30-years-old between 5ft 10in and 6ft 1in tall of slim build and short, black spiky hair.
PC Rich Moore, who is investigating, said: “We have been conducting enquiries since this incident and now I am appealing to the public for their help to identify the offender.
“At the time of the incident the shop was very busy so I am appealing for anyone who witnessed what happened to get in touch.
“I am also keen to speak to a number of customers who are reported to have helped escort the offender from the shop.”
