Four teenagers have been arrested for a number of drug dealing and motor vehicle theft offences.
Police officers were called out on Tuesday afternoon after receiving a call regarding youths behaving suspiciously on mopeds in Mill Lane, Croxley Green.
As part of the search, the officers attempted to stop two people in Franklin Road but they made off.
Two stolen motorcycles were later found and have since been returned to their rightful owners.
Following further investigations, four teens were arrested on a variety of charges.
A 17-year-old boy from Croxley Green was arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis with intent to supply, while a 15-year-old boy, also from Croxley Green, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a cannabis.
They were released under investigation while enquiries continue.
A 16-year-old boy from Watford and a 14-year-old boy from Croxley Green were arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle.
They have also been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
