A popular spinning studio has relocated due to a country club closing next month.
Bushey Country Club, which provides a space for fitness classes, will close on April 1, following “unsustainable” financial losses.
Philip Caplin has now set up a new 45-minite class called Life Cycle Fitness, with an array of classes being held in Greycaine Road.
He said: “As this was a very local community gym, on the back of this, I have set up a spinning studio called Life Cycle Fitness Watford, which has been put together with the help of locals to make it work.
“We have been kindly helped by Dolphina Gymnastics, enabling us to use a room to set up the studio. By setting this up, we hope it will try to keep some small part of the community together.
“Spinning is for all ages and fitness levels and all are welcome to come down and try a session.”
