The scene at Gade car park
A road was closed for several hours because of an incident at a car park.
Police were called to the Gade car park, in Rosslyn Road, Watford, at around 3.30pm on Sunday over reports for the welfare of a person.
Road closures were put in place and the police, ambulance and fire and rescue services were called to the scene.
The roads were reopened again after 8pm.
